Ski coach and SoHi alum Andy Liebner is looking for volunteers to participate in a skate ski research study. Bonus – free skate skiing instruction!
The study is geared to adult skate skiers of all abilities.
There are no costs or fees to participate.
Participants will meet with Andy four times over the course of a week, sometime in December or January (snow dependent).
Participants will watch a series of skate technique instructions, practice the cues within the instructions, be video recorded when they’re ready, then use a self-check scoresheet to grade themselves on any improvement. It is an at-your-own-pace study experiment.
