2nd Annual-Learn to Ski (Cross-Country) Day for Kids with Special Needs (Ages 2-18) Saturday, March 24th:  12-3 pm at  Skyview Highschool (by the hockey rink) FREE!

  • If your pre-teen/teenager is between 10 and 18 years old, please RSVP to Angela (260-4159) so we can try and get your boot size!
  • Hot Cocoa and cookies will be served.  There will be a warm-up hut for families and siblings.
  • ALL Equipment will be provided *(skis, boots, etc.).  Volunteers will be available to work 1:1 or in small groups with your children, helping them learn to ski.  If your child is in a wheelchair, we can offer a sled ride (pulled behind a skier) or a sled ride pulled by a walker, as we do not have any adapted equipment for skiing at this time.
  • A parent or caregiver must be on-site, but need not actively participate (they can be taking care of siblings or watching).
