2nd Annual-Learn to Ski (Cross-Country) Day for Kids with Special Needs (Ages 2-18) Saturday, March 24th:  12-3 pm at  Skyview Highschool (by the hockey rink) FREE! If your pre-teen/teenager is between 10 and 18 years old, please RSVP to Angela (260-4159) so we can try and get your boot size! Hot Cocoa and cookies will be served.  There will be a warm-up hut for families and siblings. ALL Equipment will be provided *(skis, boots, etc.).  Volunteers will be available to work 1:1 or in small groups with your children, helping them learn to ski.  If your child is in a wheelchair, we can offer a sled ride (pulled behind a skier) or a sled ride pulled by a walker, as we do not have any adapted equipment for skiing at…

TTA's youth ski program will begin their Saturday lesson from the Wolverine trailhead on March 3rd.  Students, parents, and coaches with gather about 12:30 and be gone by 1:30.  Parking will be limiting factor and we ask skiers who are not affiliated with the youth program to avoid those times, use the Skyview High School trailhead or park at the Sports Center and walk across K-Beach.  Thanks for your understanding.  About 100, 6-12 years olds are going to traverse the trail system, Big Adventure!
